Your best bet would be tie-downs from Torklift. These tie-downs are a confirmed fit for your truck.
If your truck has a 6 Foot bed and is a Crew Cab or King Cab - without board or step underneath truck bed and without a hitch, part # TLN2409 for front, and # TLN3403 for the rear.

I may have a solution, but we don't have a rear mounted retractable step for the 2019 Ram 3500. You might want to have a look at the Bestop TrekStep Side Mounted Truck Step - Aluminum - Passenger Side # B7541415, which mounts on the side of your truck and will provide you with a way to get into the truck bed easily. This step retracts and pulls down using your foot so it's easy to operate and this step installs without any drilling required with the included hardware.

None of these is pre-cut for the factory 5th wheel prep package pucks but it is not too hard to trim these mats. Extendable Hitch Mounted Step # 288-08400 is not designed for use in the sideways stowed position. The step's design means it needs to be in the extended position for use so that the strongest part of the main structure is there to support the load on it.
